How to Submit a Traceroute

Windows

Please open your command prompt by going to:

Start -> run -> type out: cmd :hit enter:

Now type the following:

tracert mydomainhere

• Please change mydomainhere to what domain is having an issue.

Copy and paste the text into the ticket.

• Please note: Most attachments sent to us can not be viewed.

Linux/Mac

Open your command terminal and type the following command:

traceroute mydomainhere

• Please change mydomainhere to what domain is having an issue.
