How to Ship Packages to Our Facilities

If you want to ship servers or packages to our facility please follow the following procedure.

Submit a ticket

Please sign into the Customer Center and submit a service request stating that you are shipping X package.

Be sure to include:

• Any tracking numbers
• The package contents
• The package weight
• Estimated date of arrival

Shipping information

Please ship packages to our 56 marietta facility. EVEN IF YOU ARE SHIPPING FOR 55 MARIETTA

• Make sure your username is written somewhere on the package for quick retrieval.

PLEASE NOTE: 2 post relay racks can not use 4 post rails. We can not store these and they will be discarded with the packaging materials.

Shipping from the datacenters

If you need servers shipped back to you please note the following procedure.

Submit a ticket

Please submit a ticket using the Customer Center stating exactly which hardware you need shipped.

Please include the address you want it shipped to.

We handle the shipping and will bill the costs to your next invoice.

Canceling Customers

If you are a canceling customer, you will be invoiced the costs and you will need to pay before we ship the packages.
